The studio is approx. 22 m², very bright and cozy, with large windows and a beautiful view from the 4th floor. It’s been a lovely creative space to work from, and I’d love to pass it on to another artist or creative.

• Large windows & lots of natural light
• 4th floor with a beautiful view (but no elevator!)
• Shared kitchen & bathrooms, regularly cleaned and very well maintained
• Exhibition space on the ground floor, which tenants can use to exhibit their work
• Great public transport connections, with tram and bus stops just next to the building
• Available from mid September – end of September.

The whole building has a really nice creative atmosphere with many artists and makers working there.
